We are currently interviewing for Powder Coat Line Associates who have experience with material moving and working on a paint line. The Powder Coat Line Associate\'s role is essential in manufacturing operations. You will loads, unloads, and moves fitness equipment parts through the production and powder coating process. Duties: Reads manufacturing order or follows oral instructions to ascertain parts to be moved/packaged. Loads and/or unloads materials onto or from hanging conveyor line and pallets by hand. Moves materials to or from storage or work location to designated area, using pallet jack and/or forklift. Applies labels to parts per customer specifications. Lifts heavy objects by hand and cleans work area, using broom, rags, and cleaning compounds. Clean and maintain work areas. Work hours required to meet company demand. Train and support others as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent education. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a collaborative team member. Committed to adhering to all company policies, including strict safety procedures. Eager to learn, understand, and support the company\'s quality goals. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, effectively planning, organizing, and executing tasks. Capable of lifting and moving 50 pounds unassisted and 75 pounds with assistance. Must be able to follow concise directions and be a team player Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive under pressure and in dynamic environments.
