Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Pay: $80,000-$85,000 salaried

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and organize technician workflow, support production priorities, and improve operational efficiencies. Your role will include managing preventative maintenance programs, spare parts inventory, and troubleshooting PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, organize, and control maintenance technicians work

• Prepare and manage site preventative maintenance programs (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

• Manage spare parts inventory and accuracy, including sourcing replacement parts for repairs, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance.

• Troubleshoot PLC systems.

• Determine root causes of issues

• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and schematics.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical power transmission systems, including chain drives and gearboxes.

• Repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, seals, bearings, and blowers.

Qualifications/Skills

• 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance CMMS systems.

• Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and schematics.

• Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements.

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $40.87
