Product Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic vision for our digital products and services, aligning them with business goals and customer needs. 2. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. 3. Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, market research, and business impact analysis. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans and deliverables. 5. Roadmap Delivery: Understand and deliver on strategic priorities in the product roadmap. 6. User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize the user experience of our digital products, conducting usability testing and iterating on designs as needed. 7. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate feature creation status to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners as needed . 8. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key product metrics and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. 9. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation efforts. The ideal candidate will have: Required skills/attributes: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in digital product management or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products or services. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product plans. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 5. Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, UI/UX design principles, and digital marketing concepts. 6.
