Delivering cost-effective solutions to sites around the globe. Diagnostic Group, LLC is seeking an Occupational Sales Manager to join our team in the Eden Prairie, Minnesota office. The Occupational Sales Manager is primarily responsible for developing and guiding the execution of Occ-Health sales strategies and tactics managing key customer alliances and executive selling of divisional products, services, programs, and initiatives to the accounts via an omni channel distribution network and catalog sales in the United States. Responsibilities Sell products, services, and software through distribution to existing and prospective customers Grow the business through innovation meeting sales goals Represent company externally at regional or national trade shows and at office visits Manage sales strategies, develop standardized processes and grow market share by selling through multiple sales channels and distribution networks. Plan distributor trainings Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to incoming communications (phone / email) from customers and prospects in a timely manner Identify customer expectations and exercise decision making ability to determine the best product/service mix to meet customer's needs Work with product management to develop solutions on current product updates and future development requirements Train customers on proper use of company equipment and products, including the promotion and support thereof Develop and execute a marketing strategy including launch of new products and services. Demostrate leadership and maintain professionalism; stay abreast of new developments through meetings, publications, seminars and in-house training opportunities Demonstrate Demant Values: We create trust | We are team players | We create innovative solutions | We apply a can-do-attitude Qualifications 5-7 years of sales and customer service experience; hearing industry experience is preferred Must have a valid driver's license and be able maintain clear driving record Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check as well as any customer-required screening requirements Effective verbal and written communication with professional appearance Great attention to detail with high standard of work quality Dependable, punctual, and reliable; able to work under pressure to meet deadlines Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Naturally persuasive, able to quickly build trust Strong technical aptitude with computer controlled devices.
