1st Production Technician / 4am-2:30pm / Weekly Pay!

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our team. The Production Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production lines by adding and adjusting equipment as needed. You will help stage products, clean and sanitize after each run, and recommend corrections to machinery if issues are noticed. This role requires working on the production line when it is running and cross-training on various tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of production lines

• Add and adjust equipment for product runs

• Stage products and clean/sanitize after each run

• Recommend corrections to machinery if issues are noticed

• Assist and work on the production line during runs

• Cross-train on various tasks

Essential Skills

• Experience in line setup and mechanical adjustments

• Mechanically inclined with experience in machine operation

• Proficient in using hand tools

• Technical skills in line production

Work Environment

This position is based in a clean, well-lit manufacturing environment. There is a noticeable smell of soaps and cleaning solutions, which can be stronger in certain areas. Masks are currently mandatory in the facility. Upon arrival, you will need to fill out a questionnaire and have your temperature taken. If your temperature is above 100.4°F, you will not be allowed into the facility and will be sent home.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
