This role is: - Hybrid (3-4 days/week onsite) - Direct hire / Full-Time The ideal candidate: - A Project Manager that has demonstrated experience / exposure in the franchise space - Minimum of 4 years' experience in project management - Industry experience in real estate best practices and exposure to general contractors - Experience in developing and overseeing work plans - Experience in evaluating project management software for more efficient processes - Strong attention to detail and budgetary guidelines - Proven success in working with various levels of management / key stakeholders - Strong presentation skills - Experience in developing internal processes for platforms - Experience in coaching project team members Plusses: - PMP or PRINCE2 Certifications
