Position Overview: Core Civic is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position is essential in ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facility through various maintenance and repair tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and general carpentry.
• Perform ongoing inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of facility events as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
