Robert Half Customer Service Representative III in Edina, Minnesota

Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our customer service team in a contract capacity. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our customer service efforts by ensuring that all data related to our customer interactions, product inquiries and other relevant activities are accurately and promptly entered into our system.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update customer data (such as contact information, product inquiries, service details, etc.) into the company's database in a timely manner.

  • Ensure precise documentation of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

  • Interact with customer service representatives to gather the data need, clarify any discrepancies, and to provide necessary support.

  • Support the customer service team in managing customer queries, by providing necessary information from the database.

  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure the quality and accuracy of the information stored.

  • Safeguard customer's information by ensuring adherence to the company's data standards and confidentiality protocols.

  • Collaborate with the IT team and resolve any issues relating to data management systems.

  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in data entry, customer service, or administrative positions.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and have experience with CRM software and data management systems.

  • Strong data entry skills and an aptitude for numbers.

  • Fast typing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • High school diploma is required; additional qualifications in Office Administration or relevant field will be a bonus.

Note: Successful completion of a background check will be required for this position due to the sensitive nature of the information being handled.
