Description
We are in search of an HR Coordinator/Administrator to join our growing client for a 6-9 month contract with possibility of extension. In this role, you will manage a range of administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our HR department. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support like coordination of events/travel and processing mail
Facilitate communication with vendors to ensure smooth operations
Assist with virtual onboarding/offboarding
Implement employee engagement and retention strategies
Provide support to other business functions
Organize schedules
Regularly update and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in the organization and execution of employee orientation, helping new hires to integrate into the team
Requirements
3-5 years of professional office experience ideally in human resources or administration
Google Suite experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong administrative and data management skills
