Description

If so, we'd love for you to join our Client as an Agile Scrum Master! In this role, you'll be the champion of continuous improvement for our client's marketing initiatives. You'll guide their team in streamlining processes within their scheduling platform, fostering seamless integrations, and ultimately, empowering our client to achieve success.

  • By leading their team through Agile Scrum methodologies, you'll ensure efficient and collaborative development of high-quality solutions.

  • Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and removing obstacles that hinder progress, fostering a continual learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Partner with the product development team to prioritize the product backlog, focusing on initiatives that drive value.

  • Identify and troubleshoot roadblocks that impede the team's progress towards customer-centric goals.

  • Champion continuous improvement through retrospectives and data-driven feedback sessions.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and wins to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.

  • Cultivate a strong understanding of Jira and leverage it to optimize team workflows.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

  • Deep understanding of Agile Scrum principles and a passion for applying them in real-world scenarios.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies effectively.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and web/digital product development is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • A curious mind with a desire to learn and adapt.
