Olsten Staffing is seeking an experience Plant Controller to undertake all aspects of fiscal management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting.

The Controller will be responsible for managing the accounting team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately and efficiently recorded.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process.

• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in a controller or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

• Proficiency in accounting software.

Pay Rate: pay will be based on experience

Pay Details: $38.46 per hour
