Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for the operations employees of the division float pool, division staffing process and managers, and division staffing-related processes. Assists with division nursing operations processes and procedures and assumes leadership roles for staffing processes. Acts as a representative of the Vice President of Nursing Operations. Collaborates with CNO/ACNO, Director of Nursing Operations, Nursing Directors, and Nursing Managers at all facilities in the division in ensuring competent, cost-effective patient care.

• You will be responsible for the operation of the division float pool.

• You will manage personnel activities.

• You will coordinate activities of the division float pool.

• You will develop a professional climate You will develop and coordinate division staffing processes

What qualifications you will need:

• Registered Nurse

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing minimum required

• Master of Science degree in Nursing preferred

• Requires a minimum of three years’ experience as a charge nurse, care coordinator, or supervisor as well as management experience.

• Documented experience demonstrating leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills preferred
