ADP Associate Account Manager in El Paso, Texas

The Account Manager will provide a variety of services to an assigned client base for including.

Associate Account Manager , you would be assigned clients to support all of their payroll, tax, or systems related questions. Handling inbound inquiries and case-based work, as well as attending/hosting client virtual meetings where needed.

In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

The nature of what you do every day will not change – your #1 goal is to help clients who have between 50 - 999 employees. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. There will be no shortage of new questions you'll receive, which will keep things interesting, and our top-ranked training will help to set you up for success!

To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working in a metrics-driven call center environment as part of a structured day. You have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and take action on. As a result, your client satisfaction scores make you proud.   • Ensure client satisfaction and maximize performance

  • Act as a subject matter expert

  • Resolve issues related to features, functionality and client knowledge

  • Coordinate and facilitate regular proactive meetings with client decision-maker

  • Coordinate and manage client level projects

  • Train and mentor account managers

  • Assist with development of procedures and documentation related to account management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for clients and new associates by providing technical expertise, guidance and training as needed.

  • Effectively handle all client inquires with quality and within the established SLA's.

  • Contact and visit high profile clients proactively to ensure satisfaction and retention. Prepare and deliver account review presentations. Perform regular analysis of assigned accounts to identify successes and opportunity for improvement.

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of new processes and procedures.

  • Coordinate client level projects including addition of features, client mergers and acquisitions, regulatory changes, etc.

  • Meet department standards and metrics

This position is Hybrid and starting pay is $21 per hour.
