What you get to do every single day

  • Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete

  • Enter information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

  • Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product

  • Audit reports and sheets of data

  • Search websites for information

  • Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources

  • Preserve detailed records of tasks, files, and progress Requirements - 2+ years of related experience

  • Well-founded grasp of email

  • Expertise in copying

  • Data entry experience

  • Strong familiarity with customer service

  • Proven knowledge of DocumentDirect for Windows (DDW)

  • Wide ranging experience with Microsoft Office

  • Previous experience working with typing under 45 words per minute

  • General familiarity with filing

  • Good understanding of records maintenance

  • Practical knowledge of reviewing documents for spelling and grammar

  • Quality experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Earlier work involving order entry

  • Experience with numeric data entry

  • Solid understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

    • Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

  • Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

  • Consistent typing accuracy
