Experience:
- Minimum of three years of experience in workforce development, employment services, or related field, with two years in a supervisory or managerial role is required for this position.
Education: High School Diploma /GED is required per policy.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, human resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
Language: English required (Spanish is a plus) to communicate with clients and staff. Bilingual preferred
Driver's License: Not required for this position.

- Demonstrated experience in program management, strategic planning, and partnership development.

- Certification in workforce development or related field (preferred).
Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the employment services department, including program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of employment specialists to ensure effective service delivery and client outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to meet program goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with employers, industry partners, and community organizations to expand job opportunities for clients.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify workforce needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Monitor program performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to track progress and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with funding requirements, regulations, and best practices in workforce development.
- Develop and manage program budgets, including grant funding and resources allocation.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance skills and knowledge in employment services.
- Stay informed about labor market trends, industry demands, and emerging job opportunities.
