Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Engineer to work for a large client in the El Paso, Texas area. This person will be responsible for covering an area of western Texas and southern New Mexico, travel is required along with a valid driver's license. This candidate should be experienced and be prepared to service and repair processes without direct supervision. This role will also act as a mentor/lead for other field service engineers in the area when issues arise in their locations and will be solving complex issues for new product installations and servicing existing systems. This candidate will mainly be responsible for program databases for the operation of equipment in government buildings and school systems. This candidate will also be responsible for creating and maintaining customer user interface systems graphics. This person should have experience programming large building systems including HVAC and Fire Alarms including Niagara and Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI).

Skills and Requirements

10+ years' experience working as a field service engineer or related space

Strong experience with Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI), or a related product such as Siemens Niagara, or other fire alarm systems

Programming experience in control systems

HVAC Systems knowledge Previous work experience in the school or government space null
