The ideal candidate will hold a Texas General Lines Agent Property and Casualty License and will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and ensuring clients receive the best insurance solutions tailored to their needs. - Proactively generate new business by identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and building relationships with customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by selling property and casualty insurance policies to individuals and businesses.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance policies and provide recommendations for coverage adjustments as necessary.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing expert advice and resolving any issues related to insurance coverage.

- Ensure all insurance transactions are compliant with state regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all client interactions, sales activities, and policy details.
- Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals and quotes to clients.

- Must hold a valid Texas General Lines Agent Property and Casualty License.
- Preferably experience in insurance sales, preferably in property and casualty.
- Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
