• Must hold a valid Texas General Lines Agent Property and Casualty License.
• Preferably experience in insurance sales, preferably in property and casualty.
• Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
