You'll play a key role in managing the calendar and ensuring successful donor engagements. Schedule: Monday - Friday, weekends as needed.

As a Sr Account Manager you'll get to:
- Within an assigned territory, initiate and establish relationships and agreements to retain and acquire volunteer blood drive coordinators to execute successful blood drives.
- Coach, train, and motivate volunteer blood drive coordinators to establish effective blood drive committees focused on first-time donor acquisition, maximizing donor appointments, and increasing blood drive frequency, all aimed at achieving predetermined collection goals.
- Utilize sound judgment in following established sales and donor recruitment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of blood drive account information.
- Sell and secure blood drive dates in accordance with enterprise guidelines to achieve monthly and annual collection goals, focusing on projection accuracy and productivity standards.
- Develop and implement personalized recruitment plans to meet collection goals, collaborating with blood drive committees to tailor strategies for individual accounts.
- Lead training for newly hired Account Managers , ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, and manage key high-profile accounts, special events, and community engagement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- or Associate Degree with 2 years related experience
- or High school Diploma/GED with 4 years related experience
- Valid in-state driver's license
- Two years of related experience preferred
