Warehouse Production Clerk

Location: El Paso Warehouse

About the Role:

The Warehouse Production Clerk (Office Administration Associate I) is responsible for a variety of warehouse and office administration tasks, ensuring that the operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role includes loading and unloading trucks, managing inventory, handling shipping and receiving tasks, and maintaining documentation for inbound and outbound shipments. You will work closely with the team to provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading trucks, picking orders, wrapping products, packing, labeling, and managing shipping and receiving for domestic and international shipments.

  • Communicating effectively with the direct team and extended customers to ensure smooth operations.

  • Performing basic and detailed inventory/warehousing tasks to timely provide service to our internal and external customers.

  • Conducting vehicle inspections for imports and maintaining records of these inspections.

  • Packaging materials for shipping, including shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling.

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of all corporate information, applications, and data.

  • Completing and maintaining all required audit documents per receiving process and site procedures.

  • Using the Internal Tracking Control System to scan all client materials daily.

  • Maintaining a tracking log for all inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Utilizing warehousing technology and methodology to perform tasks efficiently.

  • Operating within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhering to job safety guidelines.

  • Operating a forklift and pallet jack, ensuring that all certifications are up-to-date.

  • Operating a company vehicle to pick up mail and transport materials as needed.

  • Moving waste from designated work areas to disposal locations.

  • Cleaning and maintaining the work area to ensure a safe and organized environment.

  • Performing ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the team and warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrating proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook; ability to create professional business emails.

  • Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Possessing a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Holding certification for operating a forklift and having experience with pallet jacks.

  • Being comfortable lifting and moving heavy objects, approximately 50 lbs.

  • Exhibiting strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.

  • Being a team player with the ability to interact and work well with others on the team.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives. Conduent offers a variety of benefits including health insurance, dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $13.50-$14.50/hr.
