Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.

Our Raytheon Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) team has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director who will be a member of the Ethics & Business Conduct (E&BC) leadership team responsible for the implementation of the various aspects of the ethics and compliance program across the Raytheon business. Specifically, this person, along with one direct report, will manage our Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO) Network comprised of employees across the business who have been deputized as local GEC resources. This decentralized network of part-time resources amplifies the RTX values and Code of Conduct, supports ethics education and communication, and advances the ethics and compliance conversation, which is critical to sustaining a resilient ethical culture. Additionally, this position will lead development of ethics communications and training content at Raytheon to supplement business-wide initiatives on key topics requiring coordination with corporate leaders, GEC colleagues, communications POCs, and other key groups for successful deployment. This leader will be an integrated partner with the Raytheon business to proactively engage on various issues, identify trends, and collaborate on solutions within the organization. The E&BC team is seen as the proactive, mitigation arm of the broader GEC team focused on the Code of Conduct, values, and other core program elements, and thus training, communications, and other engagement opportunities are a core responsibility of the entire team.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who has prior experience leading an ECO Network type of program and demonstrated successful leadership in the areas of ethics, compliance, communications, or other related disciplines.
