Boeing is looking for an Experienced Staff Analyst to support our Disruptive Computing & Networking (DC&N) Network & Sensors Organization based out of El Segundo, California.

The DC&N Proprietary Networks and Sensor Organization requires a Staff Analyst to coordinate administrative activities across the growing portfolio of programs and customers that it serves.

As a Staff Analyst, you will be a part of an amazing and collaborative team working to ensure the continued progress and success of our innovative technology initiatives. A successful candidate to this position is someone that is considered experienced supporting program execution, proposal management, and building new organizational capabilities. You are an individual that is self-motivated, passionate, and driven to take-on and successfully execute important and time sensitive projects.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist DC&N Executive Management and Chief of Staff in identifying and deploying improved processes, business support systems, metrics, and communications to enable project execution visibility and oversight

  • Plans, supports and implements logistics for Integrated Product Team (IPT) project level internal and/or external events and meetings across multiple sites

  • Establishes and maintain the meeting cadence, agendas, and scheduling

  • Supports updates of weekly technical and programmatic reports, and program milestone presentation content for briefing

  • Lead DC&N efforts to establish dashboards, reference materials, project workspaces, and workflows in Confluence/Jira or equivalent team collaboration environments that will enable DC&N project areas to coordinate execution and enable communications

  • Established and maintains onboarding material that informs the work force on the unique elements of the DC&N processes, team structures, site diversity and project tracking. Facilitates the onboarding of new hires to establish access, accounts and engage relevant subject matter experts defined in onboarding material

  • Lead facility management of established El Segundo DC&N assigned areas and coordinate with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources such as computing equipment, office space assignments, and office supplies

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience as a strategic business partner with strong customer support, and excellent teamwork

  • Experience with effective time management, communication, and organizational skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently

  • Ability to obtain a Full Scope Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in the aerospace and defense industry

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $93,500 – $126,500
