The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Production Integration to lead and manage our production integration team supporting our Disruptive Computing, Networks, and Sensors organization.

Who YOU Are

As a Senior Program Manager of production integration, you will be a part of an amazing and collaborative team working to ensure the continued progress and success of our innovative technology initiatives. A successful candidate to this position is expert in managing teams to create data driven program execution methods with integrated horizontal and vertical interfaces. You will lead a talented team of project management specialists, data solutions architects, data scientists, and business intelligence analysts to define and implement information systems, models, dashboards, and metrics to inform program management, perform resource deconfliction, and align execution between major activities, teams, suppliers, customers, and partners. You will utilize your past experience and knowledge to define and implement production integration systems and processes while managing, coaching, and mentorship to other team members. You will manage the day-to-day effort while partnering with internal capabilities to staff it, and ensure it executes to program office operational, quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Hire, motivate, manage, and retain a talented team of project management specialists.

  • Partner with internal capabilities to staff a team of data solutions architects, data scientists, and business intelligence analysts

  • Lead a collaborative team of project management specialists, data solutions architects, data scientists, and business intelligence analysts

  • Support the program manager in leading program execution by providing insightful, data driven, program dashboards and metrics through definition, implementation, and utilization of data architectures and systems to make work visible

  • Identify and integrate key program level horizontal and vertical interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers.

  • Facilitate the resolution of critical resource conflicts and align execution between major activities, teams, suppliers, customers, and partners

  • Evaluate ongoing operations execution strategy related to developing detailed work flows, metrics, and what-if strategies

  • Develop program organizational, work structures, top level program and execution plans.

  • Integrate the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices.

  • Implement customer and program communication plans that enable early risk mitigation.

  • Create communication material and content for organizational reviews and executive engagements

  • Provide on-going feedback to organizational leaders and champion organizational initiatives

  • Develop and integrate high level operational strategies, roadmaps and action plans

  • Develop operational strategies, goals, objectives and related metrics to ensure alignment to organization’s vision and strategy and resolve issues for future execution needs

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management or IPT Leadership including cost, schedule and technical management

  • 5+ years of experience with developing and executing operating rhythms, integrated program schedules, project plans, and/or metrics

  • Experience with schedule management, integration of all logistics elements, supplier communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and operational baseline requirements are met

  • Experience articulating and implementing strategy-to-action plans

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management or IPT Leadership including cost, schedule and technical management

  • 10+ years of experience implementing and utilizing complex data architectures to create comprehensive program metrics, dashboards, and work plans integrated across suppliers and partner organizations

  • Experience including demonstrated setup of new data architectures to integrated operational data across a diverse group of suppliers, partners, and activities to create a comprehensive view and understanding of operational performance.

  • Experience including demonstrated usage of program data systems to improve and optimize operational execution.

  • Experience meeting, schedule, and cost goals while overcoming risks inherent in setting up new capabilities

  • Experience utilizing lean principles to drive organizational change

  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated creative, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills

  • Active Top Secret // SCI clearance with recent polygraph

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $142,800 – $193,200
