Position Summary:
KBR is seeking a Microsoft 365 Component Developer to join our team onsite at Eglin AFB, Florida. A DoD Secret clearance is required.
In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Microsoft 365 Components: Develop, deploy, and maintain business solutions using Microsoft 365 components, to include OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
Customer Collaboration: Interface with the customer to define application requirements.
Interpret Requirements: Translate customer needs/requirements into a solution architecture that can be deployed on government networks using a scaled agile program management methodology.
Work Delegation: Define and segment work to allocate to other team members.
User Experience Implementation: Designing/implementing the user experience tier, the data storage methodology (typically through SharePoint lists, Excel spreadsheets as well as various external data sources), and security methodologies.
Documentation Creation: Creating user and maintenance documentation as needed for customer deliverables.
Launch Test Environments: Establishing and maintaining separate Microsoft 365 component development and test environments, to include all related necessary configuration management activities.

Qualifications:
Required:
Clearance: Active Secret security clearance
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience Creating:
Business Process User interfaces: 3+ years of experience creating intuitive/low training user interfaces for business processes using Microsoft Office 365 components, including OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate)
Data storage/retrieval methodology: Experience creating data storage/retrieval methodology that will support multi-user/concurrent user access.
Data Import/Export Threads: Experience creating data import/export threads using Power Automate.
Workflow Threads: Experience creating workflow threads using Power Automate.
Dashboards: Experience creating different types of dashboards using Power BI.
Python Coding Experience: For pulling data from external sources into the test environments.
Development and Testing Environments Experience: Experience establishing and running multiple environments simultaneously (development and test), as well as executing and managing related configuration management functions
Deploy, Enhance, Update Experience: Experience deploying, enhancing, and updating new and existing Microsoft 365 component and Power Platform solutions
Interfacing/Linking Experience: Experience interfacing/linking Microsoft 365 components with external data sources and databases
Full cycle: Ability to take an application from analysis to design to implementation, to maintenance.
Operate multiple Microsoft 365 components simultaneously: Be able to establish, deploy, update, improve and operate multiple Microsoft 365 component environments simultaneously (development and test), as well as perform all necessary configuration management functions
Mentoring Ability: Ability to mentor other team members on the necessary technologies, as needed
Desired:
Business Process User interfaces: 5+ years of experience creating intuitive/low training user interfaces for business processes using Microsoft Office 365 components, including OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate)
Configuration Management Methodology for Solution Codebase:
Ability to rapidly identify and execute changes between deployed
Ability to tie changes in codebase to PM artifacts (Jira).
Relevant Data Platform Experience: Experience working with Envision and familiarity with other data platforms contained within the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Data Fabric “Big 6” (Vault (all domain), Blade (logistics), Elixir (cyber), Envision (all domain), Signus (ISR) and UDL (space force data)
SQL Experience: Experience working with SQL databases and writing SQL queries. Experience coding in other common languages, such as C/C++/C# and Java, is also desired to enable constructing rapid interfaces with the possible wide range of data sources and databases desired by the customer.
- Experience Using Applicable Programming Languages: Experience programming in other languages such as C/C++/C# and Java
Application Testing: Experience executing formal application testing
Agile Development Experience: Leading and working within an Agile Development environment
Ability to define Epochs, Sprints, and Tasks needed for a solution.
Ability to define MVP versions to be delivered during each Sprint.
