Job Overview:
The Physical Therapist Assistant treats outpatients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. The Physical Therapist Assistant carries out the treatment plan as developed by the Physical Therapist and reports changes in patient status to the PT.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited associate degree program for Physical Therapy Assistants
Preferred:
1 year experience in outpatient physical therapy care
New graduates welcome
Experience in documenting clinical notes in electronic medical records
Certifications and Licenses Required:
- NJ Physical Therapy Assistant License or eligible
Scheduling Requirements:
Shift working, 7:00 3:00pm each day
Monday-Friday

Effectively communicate with patients and the physical therapy team
Ensure excellence in patient safety and experience
