Administrative Assistant

Adecco is assisting in the search for an organized, temporary Administrative Assistant position in Elizabethtown, NC. In this position, you will be responsible for calling the supply base and securing compliance documents and uploading them into a database. This is a 1st shift opportunity, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Pay at $15 an hour

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Calling supply base and asking for certification documents.

ยท Uploading documents into database.

Qualified candidates need strong administrative skills and social skills, including time management, computer proficiency, communication, and great attention to detail.

Qualifications for this Administrative position include:

  • High School Diploma

-Minimum 1-year prior receptionist/administrative assistant experience

-Experience in Excel

  • Good customer service skill

  • Great organizational skills

-Excellent attendance record

  • Polite phone manner
