Description:

They will be preforming rack and stack on servers and network assets in a data center • The Tech will need to install and test fiber and copper cabling • They will also need to know how to terminate copper • They will need to reboot a device and have general familiarity with how severs work • Experience using a Fluke cable tester would be highly preferred • Work on ladders 7-8 feet off the floor • Install servers that can weight up to 40-50 lbs. (will use a server lift and always working in teams) • They are occasionally asked to be on trouble shooting calls or speak to the client • Very fast pace and busy data center environment
