Job Summary This position assists Probation Officers with compiling and entering legal history in reports. The Assistant Probation Officer will complete bail evaluations to assist the court and attorneys in making informed decisions, monitor compliance of pretrial clients on electronic monitoring and random testing, and have responsibility over specified service delivery. All tasks will be performed in accordance with county and department policy and procedure. This position is based out of the Sherburne County Government Center in Elk River, MN.
