JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Perform a wide variety of highly skilled maintenance work to maintain structures, electrical systems, heating systems, plumbing, machine repair, etc. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facilities - Maintain related records, including repair and upgrades - Coordinate all outside bids, quotes, and contracts for repair, installation, and purchases - Order and maintain spare parts inventories for equipment and facility - Establish preventative maintenance and repair schedule for production equipment and facilities - Inspect, repair, and maintain facilities, lighting, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, air compressors, office equipment, and forklifts to ensure optimal operations and safety - Perform limited shop floor layout changes or modifications and facilities building projects - Perform snow removal, lawn care, and general housekeeping as required - Comply with and enforce OSHA, safety, and environmental rules and regulations - Train, instruct, and guide other personnel in the use and maintenance of equipment as required - When available, perform material handling functions - When available, assist on the production line ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum 1 year of related maintenance or trade experience - Good oral and written communication skills - Computer literate - Strong math background - Knowledgeable and have electrical experience with 480-volt systems - Able to weld, Stick and/or MIG ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: elkhornpcs@qpsemployment.com Apply Online: https://jobs.qpsemployment.com/jobs/736993 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
