Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk. Would need to be able to multitask and perform other duties as assigned. Employer may do pre-employment and random drug test. Would work 40 hours per week, 5 days a week some Saturdays. Pay discussed at interview. Pay would be 9$-13$/hr.
