Our client is in search of a strategic and analytical Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee significant financial operations, lead the accounting team, and ensure the efficiency and compliance of our financial procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting including the process of month-end close and intercompany transactions

• Work with the parent company for monthly and yearly reporting, process alignment, and global audit

• Ensure adherence to GAAP standards and regulatory requirements, leading audit processes and working with external auditors for accurate reporting

• Take lead on the U.S. budget, financial forecasts, and provide insights on variances

• Lead and mentor team members, lifting up the team and promoting accountability

• Develop and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls

• Manage cash forecasting, OPEX forecasting, and spend analysis to support financial stability

• Support cross-functional initiatives through discussing financial insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in an accounting managerial or supervisory role

• Proficiency in ERP systems

• Expertise in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management

• Experience in auditing practices and principles, leading and supporting various audits

• Extensive experience in managing month-end close processes

• Strong capability in cash forecasting and financial planning
