This Position is for a Process Engineer with a work location in Ellisville, MS.
What you will enjoy doing
You will manage Engineering Technician(s) in the EBPVD department
Further, you will ensure successful completion of assigned project phases within the budgeted time and cost constraints
Additionally, you will design and modify tooling / fixturing for new product introduction and improvement of existing processes
You will prepare appropriate documentation, reports, and summaries to communicate project progress or results
You must be capable of positively influencing those that do not report to this position in an effort to achieve the organization's goals
What makes you great
You will need a bachelor's degree in mechanical, materials, or chemical engineering AND 4+ years of related experience, in thermal barrier coating operations or processes/equipment typically used in a coatings-manufacturing environment OR 12+ years of related experience. Equivalent combination education and experience will be considered
You must have a proven ability to combine theoretical training with practical experience in a "hands-on" environment
You must be a self-starter able to manage projects with minimal supervision
In this position, you will need personal computer proficiency, business administration know-how, and a working knowledge of quality control systems
If you have a LEAN/Six Sigma green belt or black belt, that is not required but a plus
