Job Title: Blender Operator - Pay: $21.80/hr

Job Description

• Capable of lifting 55 lbs. repetitively.

• Demonstrates basic understanding of templates and mixing instructions.

• Understands the importance of double-checking specific measurements and weights of products being mixed.

• Displays proficiency in maintaining all work areas and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.

Blenders will be working with templates daily, showing what is being mixed for the line they are running that week. Must have good attention to detail, follow instructions, take measurements, and maintain a clean workspace.

Hard Skills

• Strong math skills - Ability to use a calculator proficiently

• Knowledge of CIP (Cleaning in Place)

• Must follow plant cleanliness and safety requirements

• Mechanical knowledge preferred, basic machine button pushing and following guides

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Elma, New York.

Work Environment

SHIFT: 3rd shift (12-hour shifts) 6pm-6:30am

Three 12-hour shifts one week, four 12-hour shifts the following week (36 hours & 48 hours)

Need to be flexible on the rotating portion of this
