Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist, to join our team remotely. This role is centered around the financial sector and will involve handling various tasks related to cash receipts. This is a long term contract employment opportunity, ideal for those located on the Pacific Coast.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications.

• Maintain precise records of customer credit.

• Resolve customer inquiries swiftly and efficiently.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Handle cash receipts responsibilities.

• Utilize accounting software systems for various tasks.

• Employ your skills in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to optimize work processes.

• Use your knowledge of Excel to extract and handle data.

• Assist in the accounts receivable and billing functions.

• Handle cash activity and cash handling tasks. Requirements • Candidates must possess experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services is essential

• Proficiency in CRM is required

• Familiarity with Epic Software is a must

• Applicants should have a strong understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Demonstrable experience with Accounting Functions is necessary

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed

• Ability to handle Billing Functions is crucial

• Proficiency in managing Cash Activity is required

• Experience in Cash Handling is a must
