Boutique firm has partnered with Robert Half Legal in their search for a contract legal secretary in Encino, California.

Duties/Requirements:

• E-filing (state & federal)

• Calendaring

• Exhibit prep

• TOA/TOC, shells for discovery, pleading, motions etc., and proofreading

• Heavy desk supporting Shareholder

• Proactively communicate calendar deadlines

Possible contract to hire for the right person

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in a Legal Secretary role or similar position

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
