The role involves managing a variety of accounting functions, utilizing a range of software systems, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the application of accounting software systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in tax calculations.

• Utilizing ADP for managing financial services related tasks.

• Applying CaseWare software for effective financial data management.

• Implementing CCH ProSystem Fx for enhanced tax compliance and efficiency.

• Using CCH Sales Tax software to manage sales tax related tasks and compliance.

• Managing a range of accounting functions to support financial operations and reporting.

• Preparing the annual income tax provision to ensure accurate tax calculations.

• Conducting audits to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.

• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Managing entity formation to support business structure and tax implications. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary

• Familiarity with CaseWare is a must

• Proficient use of CCH ProSystem Fx is essential

• Knowledge of CCH Sales Tax is required

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions efficiently

• Experience with Annual Income Tax Provision is necessary

• Auditing skills are a must

• Compliance expertise is essential
