In Controls & Avionics Solutions, you will have the opportunity to help define and develop the

next generation of avionics whether it is fly-by-wire flight controls, full authority digital engine controls, or power management.

BAE Systems Organization is looking for a Bid and Contracts Representative to support the various product lines within our Controls and Avionics Solutions (CAS) and Power and Propulsion Systems (PPS) Contracts Organization. This position will be onsite in Endicott NY, with the opportunity for Hybrid work from home.

The successful candidate shall be accountable for providing support to the Contracts Administrators when it comes to running reports and entering orders into the Oracle System. The candidate needs to be well organized and have the ability to turn requests around in a timely manner.

Daily responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  1. Entering Orders into the System in a timely manner

  2. Pulling reports from the system as required

  3. Processing Billings

  4. Maintaining contract files within windchill

  5. Processing Contract Closeouts

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Daily responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience working with Oracle

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $47900 - $76600

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
