Our client is looking for the right person for their team quickly! The role of Billing/Cash Application Specialist manages customer invoicing, ensures timely and accurate application of cash receipts, and reconciles accounts to maintain accurate financial records. This role plays a critical part in the company's financial operations, ensuring that all incoming payments are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

salary: $26 - $32 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Payment application, research and to the correct accounts. understand intercompany transactions. Billing for services & expenses. 50-150 cash app a week and bill 200-300 invoices a week. heavy excel ( pivot, filters and search function)
