We are seeking a proficient Executive Assistant to support a high level executive in Denver in a confidential search. We prioritize excellence and seek team members that are passionate and have a keen attention to detail. This role demands organization, discretion, and adeptness in managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.

  • Screen and manage communication between executives and stakeholders.

  • Prepare documents for meetings and presentations, ensuring accuracy.

  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.

  • Assist in project coordination and event planning.

  • Process expense reports, ensuring compliance with policies.

  • Maintain organized files and databases with confidentiality.

  • Proactively address conflicts or issues to enhance productivity.

  • Provide ad hoc support and assistance to executives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Administrative Support: Efficiently manage administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, and handling correspondence on behalf of executives.

  • Calendar Management: Organize and maintain executive calendars, ensuring timely reminders and scheduling adjustments as necessary. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, prioritizing based on urgency and importance.

  • Communication Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other inquiries. Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.

  • Information Management: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility of information. Retrieve and analyze data as requested to support decision-making processes.
