Job Summary:

As a Hospital Manager at VCA Wingate Animal Hospitals, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our veterinary and boarding facility. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional patient care, client satisfaction, and efficient business operations.

Duties:

• Manage and lead a team of veterinary professionals to deliver high-quality care.

• Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.

• Handle client inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Collaborate with veterinarians to optimize patient care outcomes.

• Implement strategies to enhance hospital efficiency and productivity.

Skills:

• Proficiency in pet grooming, animal husbandry, dog training, pet sitting, and animal care.

• Knowledge of aseptic techniques, veterinary terminology, equine care, pet care, and veterinary assistance.

• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, plus eligible to earn quarterly bonuses based on performance. To be considered for this position, please apply by: 9/3/24.
