Overview:

  • Applies tools, techniques and processes to track and log activities. Ensures that users comply with processes. Performs audits to check the accuracy of information and undertakes any necessary corrective action under direction. Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies.

  • Leads focused technical analysis discussions, delivers supporting artifacts and assists with conducting review sessions for all necessary approvals.

  • Responsible for completing all tasks and associated documentation within committed timeframes, and effectively communicating across teams and all levels of management.

  • Assignments are mid to long-term projects, tasks and/or maintenance assignments.

  • Supports projects, functions or teams in the development of project and/or operational methods for measurement. Identifies and prioritizes appropriate measures, scales, and targets. Designs reports and reporting formats.

  • Works on one or more projects as a technical expert team member.

  • Identifies and resolves issues with applications, following agreed procedures. Uses software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics.

  • Supports projects, functions or teams in the development of project and/or operational methods for measurement.

Responsibilities

  • This position will be responsible for reviewing and taking action on audit reports provided by our TEM vendors to correct billing errors or concerns.

  • The role is responsible for taking steps to audit and correct services no longer needed or billed in error to reduce expenses to the enterprise. This is done with assistance from responsible field and technical resources within the organization.

  • Will work directly with the carriers to resolve billing questions/issues.

  • Assist in ordering services using the established procedure and tracking methods.

  • Participate in regular team and vendor meetings for status.

  • Monitor adherence to established standard policies.

  • Report abuse of policies or services

  • Assist in responding to billing questions from internal departments and staff.

  • Maintain and present reporting to leadership related to audit and saving progress; monthly/quarterly.

  • Other duties assigned as needed.

  • Remote eligible.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a Healthcare environment.

  • 4-7 years’ experience working in IT as an Application Systems Analyst or Technical Analyst role

Pay Range

$32.08 - $46.51 /hour
