Duties and responsibilities For Dispatch

• Routing Phlebotomists and couriers end of day/daily/and last minute to needed locations

• Maintain routes and schedules of facilities for pickups/blood draws

• Notifying patients/accounts on arrival times

• Answer phone calls and text messages

• Scheduling pickups/home draws/and appointments
