Department Summary

Surpassing network limitations of the past, our Wireless Deployment organization is building the countrys first cloud-native, standalone 5G wireless network. Job Duties and Responsibilities

DISH Wireless is seeking a technical professional with senior-level engineering experience that will lead a team that works complex tasks involved in design to on-air including: RF Market designs, design software model tuning, ACP runs, site selections, cluster optimization, and post launch network KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Manage a small to medium team of technical RF engineers, setting goals and deliverables.

• Design network performance to meet targeted KPIs and solve complex technical problems locally and nationally.

• Oversee a market with an above-average site count, geography, or scope, regularly leading regional and national projects.

• Conduct monthly 1-on-1 meetings with each team member and hire, develop, and lead a highly skilled technical workforce.

• Collaborate with local teams (Site Acquisition, Zoning, Construction, Transport, Program Management) to optimize the DISH Wireless network.

• Coordinate and consult continually with the National RF Planning team.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: \$96,250.00/Year - \$158,125.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role\'s location and is subject to change based on work location.
