Insight Global Senior Director of Finance in Englewood, Colorado

Job Description

One of Insight Global's largest healthcare clients is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to join their growing team. This is a hybrid position that is based out of their Englewood, CO location.

The annual salary ranges between $149,000 - $247,000 for this position. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

  • Masters degree required

     - 10 years' experience Finance, Accounting, or Decision Support. Strong preference for healthcare experience.

     - 5 years in a Leadership position

     - Extensive experience partnering with executive business leaders and providing a holistic view of business strategy, processes and financial objectives, board level experience a plus

     - Excellent communication and managerial abilities with the ability to present complex information to a wide array of audiences with different levels of financial understanding

     - Strong aptitude and proven experience in working with all levels of management

     - In-depth operational understanding of revenue cycle operations and/or payor community a must

     - Ability to be entrepreneurial; always searching for creative and innovative solutions

     - Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, pivot table, report building skills

     - Experience with Oracle Financials or comparable planning technologies required

     - Proven ability to perform complex financial analysis, modeling and reporting

     - Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy

     - In-depth expertise of healthcare financial models and key operational indicators null
