Who we are looking for:

The Servicing System Admin II is accountable for completing advanced systems configuration, quality assurance, and day to day operational tasks in support of ongoing servicing administration delivery, both internally and externally to clients and vendors within their portfolio services. Ensure that all work delivered to the client is configured accurately per the system requirements, both for their own tasks and any oversight task that they are assigned to oversee, including assigned Quarterly/Annual security audits and configuration responsibilities.

Location: Onsite in Englewood, CO Salary: $85-105k Key Responsibilities:

Servicing systems security administration Vendor applications security administration Servicing system header maintenance/configuration: tasks, payee, disaster, tran descriptions, corp adv descriptions, vendor integrations and conversions, data file mapping & security audits Maintain detailed documentation such as project logs and write develop tickets Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What you'll need to be successful:

2-5 years of experience with mortgage servicing technology platform in terms of configuration and day to day functionality, business processes and capabilities Previous working experience with Black Knight or other servicing platforms required Ability to interact between Project Manager, Development group (Programmers), servicing business unit and occasionally third-party vendors on the development of process improvement requests. Experience maintaining detailed documentation such as project logs, write change tickets and work as a liaison between all parties. Interact between Project Manager, Development group (Programmers), servicing unit and third-party vendors on the development of process improvement requests. Experience building servicing platform and ancillary products knowledge Understanding of testing methodology and test planning Proficient knowledge of MS Office Products; Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.
