BriteLife is currently open in Hanover, PA and Hilton Head Island, SC., with expansion coming soon to New York State.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain the best talent for our substance use treatment center. This role involves working closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

  • Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and employment regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify potential candidates.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Candidate Experience:

  • Provide a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates, feedback, and information about the position and organization.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably within the healthcare or substance use treatment sector.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
