What You'll Be Doing

• Operate haul units to transport raw materials and finished products.

• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Assist with other tasks as needed to support production operations.

• Competency in operating heavy machinery and equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and safety-oriented mindset.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to adapt to changing work conditions and demands.

• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Frequent standing, walking, and climbing in and out of equipment.

• Ability to work in various environmental conditions for extended periods.
