Aston Carter Senior Accounting Manager in Enola, Pennsylvania

Description

This Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of staff accountants and reviewing/approving their work. They will be in charge of getting through the month-end close by reviewing reconciliations, journal entries, and preparing financial statements. They will be consolidation financials and should have a strong understanding of SOX and GAAP.

Must Haves:

Reviewing/approving reconciliations and journal entries

Preparing financial statements

consolidations

Overseeing a team of accountants

Able to create pivot tables and vlookups in Excel

Proficient within a large scale ERP

Nice to have

10k, 10q, or S1 (Technical accounting - SEC reporting background )

Bachelors in Accounting of Finance

4+ years of experience working as a manager or supervisor within a publicly traded company from 2018 or later

7+ years of experience working under SOX compliance and adhering to GAAP

10+ years of reconciliations experience

10+ years of experience recording journal entries

7+ years of consolidations experience

Able to create pivot tables and vlookups in Excel

Proficient within a large scale ERP

Experience Level

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $155000.00
