Ephrata National Bank Systems Provisioning Administrator in Ephrata, Pennsylvania

Summary:

Under the limited supervision of the SVP, Information Security Officer the Systems Provisioning Administrator is responsible for efficiently and accurately provisioning, de-provisioning, processing changes, and maintaining user's systems access across the enterprise while ensuring the security of user's IT credentials.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and maintain user access matrix for all positions and systems to ensure accurate, consistent and secure onboarding and termination processes. Documents the process to provide access for all systems.

     

  • Act as a single point of contact for user provisioning and de-provisioning.

     

  • Serve as the Active Directory Administrator which includes but is not limited to maintaining admin users, new hires,           transfers, and terminations.

     

  • Serves as the Core Banking System Administrator which includes but is not limited to maintenance of users and profiles, reassignment of officers, system troubleshooting in collaboration with the vendor, and yearly system reviews.

     

  • Serve as the Exchange Administrator which includes but is not limited to maintenance of admin users and group administration.

     

  • Serve as the administrator for all Federal Reserve systems to include but not limited to setting up new users, changes, and  installing new and renewal certificates.

     

  • Act as administrator to all other systems as assigned to include but is not limited to setting up new users and groups, changes to users and groups, removal of users. 

     

  • Resolve or escalate assigned helpdesk tickets in a timely and efficient matter.

     

  • Serve as backup to Information Security Engineer. Monitor networks and systems for security breaches, through the use of software that detects intrusions and anomalous system behavior.  Correlates network-based events with system events and performs forensic analysis.  Assists in technical incident response, including steps to minimize the impact and then conducting a technical and forensic investigation into how the breach happened and the extent of the damage.

  • Serve as backup to the monthly patching process. Researches, tests, documents and deploys patches, using automated systems when feasible.

     

  • Performs other job duties as assigned.

     

Required Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, two years of equivalent work experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education required.

     

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, user provisioning, role-based permissions, and the concept of least privilege. 

     

  • Expertise in anti-virus software, intrusion detection, firewalls, and content filtering.

  •   Demonstrated ability to analyze security and control effectiveness.
  •   Understanding of current technology trends affecting financial institution information security programs.

Supervisory Requirements:

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities. 

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional work environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, monitors, mouse, keyboards, phones, printers, scanners, photocopiers, filing cabinets, calculators, and fax machines.

The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, including standard computer and copy paper boxes, and must be able to open and close filing cabinets and drawers.

 

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

 

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Flexibility of schedule to meet business needs is required.

Travel:

  This position may require occasional travel.
