Volt Management Corp Pricing Coordinator in Erie, Pennsylvania

Volt is immediately hiring for a Pricing Coordinator in Erie, PA

As a Pricing Coordinator, you will:

  • Support new product announcements, price updates, rebates, expenses, promotions, and price sheet database files
  • Serve as the primary contact for all customer requirements, including web portals, blanket PO confirmations, and forms for price requests and price changes from customers
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer pricing and promotions, and manage pricing maintenance
  • Main point of contact for field sales and customer service regarding price inquiries, and military price inquiries on bids
  • Assist with the notification and implementation of price increases and help address post-implementation price issues
  • Perform daily audit reports, including price record audits for aftermarket net special pricing, exceptions/issues audit reports, zero-priced orders audit, and K-Kit price roll-out audit
  • Support ongoing maintenance of price sheets and customer special price files

This is a full time, Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years of pricing experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • In lieu of experience, 4 year degree in Finance, Economics or Business
  • Strong Excel and analytics background
  • Previous experience with ERP program

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
