Responsibilities

Oversee the development, implementation, review, management, and maintenance of the plant’s SQF, ISO 9001, and IMS programs.

2. Responsible for the validation and verification of the SQF and ISO programs.

3. Implementing/Managing new Quality Control programs upstream in the manufacturing process.

4. Maintaining Attribute Standards

5. Managing Document Control

6. Managing our Internal Audit System

7. Working with External auditors during audits

Qualifications

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook etc.

2. Previous experience with database management

3. Good written and verbal communication skills

4. Experience with training coworkers

5. Experience in high speed plastics manufacturing

6. Experience using various quality measurement tools

7. Ability to read and interpret blueprints

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Engineering degree

2. Food Packaging Safety and/or Quality experience in an industrial setting.

3. HACCP training with evidence of competency

4. Strong understanding of SPC/SQC methods and charting

5. Experience with auditing of processes and procedures
